With Adele being the face of this months US Vogue, it is clear to see she has outstanding beauty to compliment her showstopping voice. It would be extremely difficult to fault her look on this cover. The whole shoot has encompassed her elegance and curves in the perfect way, showing her off as not only a singer, but a style icon too.
This brings me to question Karl Lagerfeld's authority to deem her "too fat". A statement I find completely unnecessary and absurd (especially concerning his previous weight battle). Adele has a shape. She represents what the majority of women look like and are happy to look like. With curves in the right places, she proves that to be in a fashion led magazine, you do not have to conform to the size 6 models that are strewn across campaigns.
She rightly said, she is a singer, not a fashion model. She has got to where she is with her incredible voice and can enjoy life without being worried about the food she eats affecting her career. The way life should be! It's time to eat cake.
