Patriotic Nails

Nail art is having a bit of a moment. Nail blogs are popping up all over the place, and everyone from Rihanna to Alexa Chung are sporting these arty nails. The most recent development in this craze are the Olympic athletes who are showing their colours with patriotic nails. Here is the amazing Rebecca Adlington showing her bronze medal and her union jack nails.

Here in Jane Davidson, we are more about a french shellac and we feel that crazy nails can often look a bit cheap (especially when it chips!) but in the case of the olympians, we think that it is a fantastic way of showing their personality.
